Our Ministers

This tribal organization will have many ministers that will help lead our community. As we are just beginning our official journey, we aren’t at full capacity. Charitable Organization

This church organization is organized exclusively for purposes pursuant to IRC Publication 557 and 501(c)(3) but we are not a 501(c)(3). We “The Tribal Church” has formally declared that we are a Tax Exempt Church and as such, enjoy these guaranteed rights under Federal Law 26 U.S.C. § 6033(a)(3(a) :

It is the intent of T.I.P.I. Ministries community to join indigenous families around the globe to secure and protect sacred and cultural knowledge necessary in rebuilding, perpetuating and expanding the ancient cultural ways, while exercising our right to self-determination and sustainable economic development required to sustain the bloodlines, human and cultural rights of the T.I.P.I. community and its people.

The name of the organization is The Indigenous People International (T.I.P.I.) Ministries. The organization is organized in accordance with the New York Non Profit Corporation Act, as amended. The organization has not been formed for the making of any profit, or personal financial gain. The assets and income of the organization shall not be distributable to, or benefit the trustees, directors, or officers or other individuals. The assets and income shall only be used to promote corporate purposes as described below. Nothing contained herein, however, shall be deemed to prohibit the payment of reasonable compensation to employees and independent contractors for services provided for the benefit of the organization. This organization shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on by an organization exempt from federal income tax.
